Explore a curated selection of 16-20 wines available for you to enjoy either in tasting portions or as full glasses. Among our selections you can find the following:

• Great Value Wines: Discover affordable wines that offer remarkable quality and exceed their price point.
• Classics/Iconic Wines: Immerse yourself in the world of collectible wines from renowned producers that have captivated wine enthusiasts and collectors for generations. These are the elusive gems rarely available for tasting by the glass, but at Blind Bishop, you'll have the opportunity to savor them in the precise portion of your choice.
• Dilek’s Selections: Meet Dilek Caner, one of the esteemed 55 Masters of Wine in the USA and the sole Master of Wine in Texas. With her expert palate and extensive experience in the wine industry, she meticulously curates Blind Bishop's wine list. During our Wine Weekends, you can find her on-site, ready to answer all your wine-related inquiries.
• Wines of Adventure: Savor wines that are rarely encountered. These selections may feature grape varieties that are less common or hail from lesser-known wine regions. In either scenario, we select wines known for their exceptional flavor and value, making them hidden gems in the world of wine enthusiasts..
• Blind Tasting Wines: Engage in a delightful tasting game or challenge your wine expertise by tasting our flight of 4 wines blind. Whether you're studying for a wine exam or simply seeking some friendly competition, these wines provide an opportunity for fun and discovery.

On the event days, you can order from Blind Bishop' delicious, Mediterranean inspired menu.

How it works:

To participate, simply purchase a WineStations card. Once you arrive at Blind Bishop, you can tap your card on the WineStations machine, select the desired wine and portion size, and watch as the machine pours the exact amount for your tasting pleasure. We offer wine portions in 1oz, 3oz, and 5oz sizes. You can either purchase your card on-site or take advantage of a discount by pre-purchasing it in advance.

Pricing details:

To access the WineStations, there is a refundable card deposit fee of $4. After acquiring your card, you can load any desired amount of credit onto it. If you happen to deplete your credits, you have the option to top up your card. Alternatively, if you wish to return your card and receive a refund of your deposit, we are more than happy to assist you.
