Christopher Spradlin is a rising chef based in Fort Worth, Texas. Currently, he serves as Sous Chef at Magdalena’s Catering & Events under Executive Chef Juan Rodriguez. Chef Chris develops a variety of local and international dishes, with a particular interest in European and Mediterranean cuisine. He finds inspiration from traveling and sampling foods and wines across the globe.
Chef Chris holds a Level 3 Certification in Wine from Wine and Spirits Education Trust, as well as Professional Culinarian certification from American Culinary Federation. In 2022, he was honored to be named Culinary Student of the Year by the Texas Chef’s Association. He earned an AAS degree in Culinary Arts from Tarrant County College, where he graduated with highest honors.
