This intensive 2-day course offers a deep exploration of Spain's terroirs and Grand Crus, presented by Master of Wine, Dilek Caner. The course provides a comprehensive overview of Spanish wine, including its terroir, history, culture, and recent trends, all presented in their most current and detailed form.
By earning the Grandes Pagos de España Terroir Workshop Certificate, you’ll validate your expertise in Spanish wines and distinguish your achievements with a specialized focus on Spain in the wine trade.

This course includes:
- An online study guide introducing Grandes Pagos de España, Spain, including its history, culture, climate, geography, terroir, and the different wine regions.
- A brochure with profiles of each of the winery in the Grandes Pagos de España, including key facts, terroir, viticulture, winemaking, winery singularities, and the wines produced.
- 12 hours of tuition Spanish terroirs from the lens of its Grandes Pagos and their single vineyards.
- A tasting of wines that represents all 34 Grandes Pagos de España producers.
- In Person Exam on the last day of the course. The students who achieve a min 70% grade, will be issued the Grandes Pagos de España Terroir Workshop Certificate.
