Blind Tasting Workshop – Classic Reds

Prepare for your wine qualification with Dilek Caner, Master of Wine

A fantastic way to get ready for any upcoming wine exams such as WSET, Master of Wine, or Court of Master Sommelier programs. Blind taste six classic red wines and share your thoughts with your group. 

The Classic Reds Blind Tasting Workshop will be led by Blind Bishop owner Dilek Caner, who is one of only 45 people in the US, and the only one in Texas to hold the title Master of Wine.

Workshop Format

• 6 wines (4oz.) are served for a themed blind tasting.
• Come in with your existing group or as an individual – we’ll find a friendly group for you on arrival.
• Each group will taste the wines blind, and discuss within your group.
• At the end of the session, there will be a recap of the wines and a plenary discussion of the important points and observations.
