We will start off our 2024 blind tasting with Chardonnay!
- Part 1: Thur, Mar 21 at 6:30 pm will dig into Burgundy and have five Chardonnays from different appellations
- Part 2: Thur, Mar 28 at 6:30 pm will dig into non-European countries and have two Chardonnays from each of the following countries: Chile, Australia, New Zealand
- Part 3: Thur, Apr 4 at 6:30 pm will dig into Californian subregions
Then we will get into Sauvignon Blanc!
- Part 4: Thur, Apr 11 at 6:30 pm will dig into France (such as Loire Valley and Bordeaux)
- Thur, Apr 18, there will be no blind tasting group
- Part 5: Thur, Apr 25 at 6:30 pm will dig into non-European countries and have two Sauvignon Blancs from each of the following countries: Chile, New Zealand, USA
Part 6: Thur, May 2 at 6:30 pm will put Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc together in a blind tasting of 6 wines.
The cost per session is $28 per person to cover the venue and wine costs; they are not a profit for Blind Bishop. The one exception is the Thursday, March 21 session for white Burgundy, which will be $32 per person due to the elevated costs of certain expressions.
Please remember to bring your own wine glasses. The bowls of your tasting glasses need to be 10 oz or less.
