Summer Five-Course Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for Blind Bishop’s Summer Tasting Menu: five seasonal courses paired with wines curated by Dilek Caner, Texas’s only Master of Wine.

This summer’s menu highlights bright Mediterranean flavors, fresh herbs, citrus, and elegant wines selected to complement each course.

Crisp Austrian bubbles bring out the richness and spice of our goat cheese gnudi, while the freshness and minerality of an Umbrian white pair beautifully with Andalusian Gazpacho.

A silky Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir complements the herbal depth of our Spring Orecchiette, and a structured Margaux balances the richness of Lamb Chops with cool herbs, feta, dates, and tahini.

We finish with Summer Berry Pavlova paired with lightly sparkling Brachetto d’Acqui, whose floral notes and gentle sweetness echo the berries and cream.
